The World Bank Resident Representative to Bhutan Genevieve Boyreau presented her credentials to the Foreign Minister, Rinzin Dorje, today. Ms. Boyreau has a PhD in Economics from the University of Auvergne in France. She joined the research department of the World Bank in 2001 and worked on Chinese financial markets.
