Bhutan will dispatch 150,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to Thailand on Friday. The vaccines are being sent in a swap deal, where Thailand will return the doses at a later date. According to the foreign minister, the vaccines would have been sent earlier but got delayed since tri-patriate agreements among the donor countries, beneficiary country and the AstraZeneca company had to be signed.
