Bhutan Tendrel Party reveals two more candidates from southern districts

The Bhutan Tendrel Party revealed two more candidates today. The candidates will represent a constituency each in Samtse and Chukha. With this, the party has declared 23 candidates so far.

Maita Raj Rai is Bhutan Tendrel Party’s candidate from the Phuentshogling constituency in Chhukha. With a Bachelor of Commerce from North Bengal University in India, the 32-year-old served as a sales and marketing officer in various private agencies for 5 years.

Before joining politics, he was the owner of a private survey company.

37-year-old Deepak Sunwar is representing the party from the Dophuchen-Tading constituency in Samtse. With a Bachelor of Commerce from North Bengal University in India, he has worked as a contractor and a businessman for 12 years.

Bhutan Tendrel Party is the country’s sixth registered political party.
