Prime Minister meets people of Monggar

PM-MonggarThe Prime Minister Jigmi Y. Thinley met with over 300 civil servants, corporate employees, local government officials and the business community of Monggar, last evening.

Addressing the gathering, Lyonchhoen said he wanted to personally oversee the progress of development activities, especially in remote places.

The Prime Minister said he will mainly focus on Gewog Centre Road, Electricity Coverage, Water Supply and telecommunication.  He expressed satisfaction on the progress of the development activities and said the current plan will be successful.

Lyonchhoen is expected to visit remote places of Trashigang, Pemagatshel and Samdrup Jongkhar.
