The complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from the Procurement Section during working hours or downloaded from www.bbs.bt. However, bidders must pay a non-refundable bid cost of BTN 2,000.00 (Two Thousand only) in BTN or an equivalent foreign currency on or before the deadline for submission of the bid documents. Bidders who fail to make this payment will be disqualified.
