The Canadian government is planning to provide biometrics services for those applying for Canadian visas in the country soon. This is owing to the increased demand from Bhutanese students to study in Canada. As of now, Bhutanese travel to nearby countries such as India and Nepal to complete their biometrics. Biometric information refers to the physical characteristics of a person like fingerprints and facial recognition. It is one of the requisites while processing a VISA.
