Ugyen Academy are the winners of the first-ever Bhutan Higher Secondary School National Championship. They defeated Yangchenphu Higher Secondary School in the finals of the competition with a score of four goals to two today. The competition is an inter-school football tournament organized by the Bhutan Football Federation.

UA took the lead early on in the game scoring the opening goal in the fourth minute. However, YHSS scored the equalizing goal in the 34th minute. UA scored another goal towards the end of the first half. But just a few minutes later, YHSS came back with another goal ending the first half in a 2-2 draw.

In the second half, UA took the lead yet again scoring in the 75th minute. And their fourth goal in the dying minutes of the game sealed their victory.
