A Tashi Gomang Chorten was vandalised in Shumar gewog in Pemagatshel. The incident reportedly took place last Thursday.
Police have found a bag near the chorten. The bag, which had inside it a citizenship identity card, a VPIC, driving license and a vehicle registration book, is suspected to belong to the culprit.
Police are trying to trace the person.
