(Update): Wangdue fire fighting team comprising of armed force personnel, forest and dzongkhag officials, DeSuups and other volunteers fully contained the forest fire late night yesterday.
The blaze, which started above Bajo Town at around 3pm in the afternoon of April 3, destroyed over 1300 acres of forest.
According to forest ranger, Tenzin, fire suspects have been summoned for interrogation.
