A 47-year-old woman who was gored by a wild gaur in Duenchhukha Gewog in Samtse is now recovering at the National Referral Hospital in Thimphu.
She was airlifted from Phuentshogling hospital to Thimphu, yesterday. The gaur harmed the woman on Wednesday when she was guarding the fields.
The wild animal was spotted again in the gewog yesterday. Dorokha Dungkhag Administration is cautioning villagers to be alert.
