FIT for enhanced productivity in civil service

To prepare the selected technical graduates for work and to ensure productivity the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) launched the Foundational In-service Training (FIT) today. It will develop and enhance the professional knowledge and skills of the civil servants in management and public administration.
