Had it not been for the pandemic, the works to connect Bangyuel Gonpa under Dungmaed Gewog in Pema Gatshel would be progressing as planned. It would have opened socio-economic opportunities for the villagers and brought an end to the tiring journey to the village. Nevertheless, despite the delay, the villagers remain optimistic and look forward to having a farm road by next year.
