MoU signed between Bhutan and Thailand

mou-signed-between-bhutan-and-thailandA Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Bhutan and Thailand to exchange knowledge and ideas in construction to create skillful workforce in Bhutan.

Labour Secretary, Sonam Wangchuk and Regional Business of SCG Cement- Building Materials of Thailand’s Vice President, Aree Chavalitcheewingul signed the MoU.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay and the Thailand’s Minister of Industry, Dr. Atchaka Sibunruang, yesterday.

The MoU is expected to provide opportunities for the Bhutanese youth to acquire quality skills and gain experiences through internship and on the job training program.

The SCG Companies is one of the leading manufacturers of building materials in Thailand and international market.
