OAG files a case against revenue and customs’ former RD

OAG files a case against revenue and customs' former RDThe Office of Attorney General (OAG) filed a case against the former Regional Director of the Regional Revenue and Customs office in Phuentshogling with the Dungkhag court. The former regional director has been charged for 15 counts of forgery and two offences relating to witnesses.

The former regional director served in Phuentshogling from 2002 till 2007.

OAG has also filed a case against the former Regional Director’s subordinate and four family members. The subordinate has been charged on seven counts of aiding and abetting. The family members have been charged for reporting false information.
