The Bhutan Olympic Committee (BOC) and the Bhutan Basketball Federation received sportswear worth Nu.3 M, today.
The sportswear includes tracking suits, T-shirts and sports shorts which were received by the Secretary General of Bhutan Olympic Committee, Sonam Karma Tshering.
The gift was donated by the former Coach of the Bhutan National Basketball Team, Kiyong Kim and Youn Myung Gu, of Sunhwa Girls Middle School, Inchoen, Korea.
The Secretary General of Bhutan Olympic Committee said the donated gift will be distributed to the schools children and athletes, during BOC’s events, across the country.
Kiyong Kim says he will try to make annual donations, both in kind and monetary.
