The Danish Ambassador to Bhutan, Freddy Svane, formalised the appointment Palden Jigme Dorji, the Chief Executive Officer of the G4S in Bhutan as the Honorary Consul-General of Denmark to Bhutan yesterday.
Bhutan and Denmark have been enjoying many decades of friendship based on trust and understanding. The Honorary Consul-General is expected to deepen this close friendship by among others, further exploring commercial partnerships between Bhutanese and Danish businesses especially in the area of green growth sustainable solutions.
