Druk Thuendrel Tshogpa declare three more candidates

The Druk Thuendrel Tshogpa, DTT declared three more candidates in Trashigang today. The party declared the candidates from Samdrup Jongkhar and Trashigang.

Tshering Norbu is the party’s candidate from Jomotshangkha- Martshala constituency in Samdrup Jongkhar. The 49-year-old has a postgraduate diploma in rural extension and development from Thailand. He has served as an Agriculture Extension officer for 19 years. He also contested in the National Council elections this year.

 

 

 

 

33-year-old Sonam Phuntsho was declared as the party’s candidate from Bartsham- Shongphu constituency in Trashigang. He graduated from Sharda University in India with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. Before joining the party, he operated travel business and a horticulture business in Thimphu.

 

 

 

 

And a former Member of Parliament, Lhatu will represent the party from Wamrong constituency in Trashigang. The 56-year-old has a Master in Business Administration from Bharathiar University in India.

Including three of them, the Druk Thuendrel party has declared 35 candidates so far.
