Keeping the rabies at bay, Wangdue Phodrang

Looking at the increasing number of people adopting dogs, more have realised why dogs are called man’s best friend. Just about a hundred pet dogs were vaccinated for rabies some three years ago in Wangdue Phodrang. The world rabies day this time saw almost a thousand pet dogs.
