NC proposes a new section to counter fronting in the Penal Code

With the growing number of fronting cases in the country, the Legislative Committee of the National Council is proposing for a new section related to Fronting in the Penal Code Amendment Bill of Bhutan 2020.

Fronting is defined as leasing of a license to another party to run a business.
