Ugyen Academy FC is out of the King’s Cup after losing to Manang Marshyangdi Club FC, five goals to one, today. They had earlier lost to Pune FC.
The MMC FC, a club from Nepal, scored the first goal before half time. Ugyen Academy FC’s chance of equaliser was lost after MMC FC again scored a goal, towards the end of the first half.
The MMC FC scored three goals more in the second half.
Ugyen Academy FC was able to score only in a penalty.
MMC FC’s victory takes them to the second spot after Pune FC, in their group table .
