The five-day Dechen Zingdrup Moenlam in Trashi Yangtse presided over by the Tsugla Lopen of the Zhung Dratshang ended today. The devotees were administered the sangay yoepamey wang on the final day today.
More than a hundred monks and lay monks participated in the prayers. Hundreds of people gathered every day to attend the prayer ceremony held at Yalang Gewog.
The ceremony which was held for the wellbeing of all sentient beings will be held annually henceforth.
