Quarantine violators to be imposed with severe penalties

The Health Minister, Dechen Wangmo said that quarantine violators will be imposed with severe penalties.

This announcement follows an incident in Thimphu, where a group of people in a quarantine facility, violated the quarantine rules by gathering and partying late into the night.

The Health Minister Dechen Wangmo said that everyone in quarantine facilities is well briefed on the rules and regulations of quarantine.
