University Graduates appearing for the Bhutan Civil Service Examination (BCSE) will have to sit for a Preliminary Examination (PE).
The Royal Civil Service Commission’s Chairman, Karma Tshiteem said the RCSC is not doing away with the PE exam. PE is conducted to test the minimum standard required of a candidate to appear for the main examination.
