AnnualAuditReport2012The parliament saw deliberation on the Annual Audit Report of 2012. The prominent issues that dominated the deliberation were making individuals and institutions held accountable for their actions. The need to have the audit clearance for employees of some of the corporate sectors in the country was discussed.

There was also a lengthy discussion on unresolved financial status of the two political parties DPT and PDP reflected in the audit report.

MP Dorji Wangdi of Panbang Constituency in Zhemgang, MP Ritu Raj Chhetri, of Samtse’s Tashichhoeling Constituency and MP Jigmi Rinzin, the Pema Gatshel’s representative in the National Council were in the studio for an elaborate discussion.
