His Holiness the Je Khenpo observed Teachers’ Day at Namdroeling Goenzin Dratshang in Autsho yesterday. Teachers, non-teaching staff of schools and ECCD facilitators in Lhuentse were in attendance at the occasion.
As part of the event, His Holiness awarded education ministry’s appreciation certificates to 350 teachers.
His Holiness also awarded cash prizes and appreciation certificates to four schools that made to the list of top 10 schools for academic year 2017.
