A 19 year-old-girl died on impact when the bicycle she was riding hit the side of a bailey bridge at Debsi in Thimphu, yesterday afternoon.
She succumbed to a neck injury. Traffic police said because of speeding, the victim must have lost control. They ruled out any foul play. The deceased was a class 12 graduate.
