Indian police finds body of Bhutanese driver in Manas River(Update): Police from the Indian State of Assam found the body of a Bhutanese driver in Manas River. The body of the driver had gone missing from Gamrichhu in Trashigang after the bolero he was driving had plunged into the river killing six people on May 17.

After examining the body, police in Gelegphu confirmed the body was that of the missing driver. The body was handed over to the relatives today.

The accident had taken place at Reju about four kilometres away from Trashigang town.

The body of a five-year-old girl, who was also in the vehicle, is yet to be found.
