Medical surveillance along the border towns

With the cases of COVID-19 on the rise in the bordering towns of Indian states, the Health Ministry deployed additional medical personnel along with medical equipment in the southern areas of the country.

Moreover, based on the ministry’s risk model for the disease divided as remote, urban and border areas, the highest risk exposure is in the border areas.
