The Druk Trace App initially received a lukewarm response from the public. But it is different now. The app is being widely used by people. Going by the health ministry’s records, users have done almost two million scans through Druk Trace App since its launch in April last year.

Commemorating the 41st Birthday of His Majesty The King, volunteers of Zeus for stray and homeless dogs initiated a D-worming campaign covering more than 3,000 stray dogs in Thimphu, yesterday. 

Coinciding with the Birthday of His Majesty The King, the Trongsa Rabdey opened one more Buddhist School in Nubi Gewog with about 40 monks, yesterday. The new school is expected to provide easy access to a Buddhist School for people who wish to enrol their children as monks.
