De-Suups help crowd management at Passa Tumdra Ami Ney

About 80 De-Suups from Chhukha and Samtse are in Passa Tumdra Ami Ney to manage the crowd at the ongoing three-day Hindu festival Shivratri. De-Suups have been helping in crowd management at the Ney since 2015.

Mega dairy production unit opens in Tsirang

A new frog species called Leptobrachium bompu belonging to class Eastern Spadefoot Toad is recorded in Sarpang. With this, Bhutan now has 57 amphibian species.

The government has established a private sector development board to come up with a policy framework for the development of the private sector. It is also expected to help determine the roles of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) for private sector growth.
