Need to bring down maximum alcohol permissible limit while driving study suggests

The need to legally amend the maximum alcohol permissible limit for drivers is recommended in a study on Prevalence of Drink Driving in the country. The study recommends the Royal Bhutan Police (RBP) and Road Safety and Transport Authority (RSTA) to bring down the maximum alcohol permissible from 0.08 to 0.05 gram per decilitre.

Possible site for bridge construction over Mao River identified

The Flood Engineering and Management Division of the Ministry Works and Human Settlement (MoWHS) identified a possible site to construct a bridge over Mao River in Gelegphu, as part of its primary studies on the construction of river protection wall to prevent flooding.
