The Monggar police have detained a 40-year-old man for allegedly raping 11-year-old girl in Chagsakhar in Monggar. The minor is physically and mentally challenged.
A source told BBS, a neighbour of the accused caught the man red-handed.
Monggar police is still investigating the case.
