“Lhops in transition” What makes them stand out as Lhops or Doyaps is their traditional attire, Kha Sha Paki, and unique dialect, Lhophu. Today, their very existence is a struggle to keep their identity alive — a juggle to retain what makes them Lhop and embracing modernity.
