Kesang Deki is the new Finance Secretary. Before assuming the post, she served as the Director-General of the Department of National Properties under the Finance Ministry.
The new Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources is Tashi Wangmo. She was serving as an Eminent Member of the National Council.
