His Majesty the King graced the closing ceremony of the third session of the second Parliament, today. Also present were the members of the Royal family and representatives from international organisations.
At the closing session, the parliamentarians thanked His Majesty the King for the peace and happiness that the people and country enjoy under the leadership of His Majesty the King. They also thanked His Majesty for strengthening the strong relations between Bhutan and India.
The Speaker of the National Assembly, Jigme Zangpo, also expressed gratitude to His Majesty the King for gracing the opening and closing session of the Parliament.
