Her Royal Highness Princess Eeuphelma Choden Wangchuck is in Qatar attending an international conference titled “Writing Women’s life”. The three day ends today. Her Royal presently is a panel speaker at the conference and is presenting a paper on “Land Tenure Systems and Women‘s Empowerment in Bhutan”.
