A fire this morning razed six huts to ground in Changzamtog, Thimphu. The fire is thought to have been caused by electrical short circuit.
Fire fighters managed to bring the fire under control in about half an hour. The occupants, all staff of Royal Bhutan Police, lost all their belongings. They are temporarily being housed in vacant rooms at the police camp.
