DPT acknowledges the will of the people of Chhoekhor_Tang constituency, bye-election results

The Druk Phuensum Tshogpa (DPT) acknowledged the will of the people of Chhoekhor_Tang constituency on the outcomes of the bye-election held on 19th November. In a press release from the DPT today, the opposition party also congratulated Druk Nyamrup Tshgopa’s Dawa for being elected as the Member of Parliament.

“We greatly rejoice and take pride in standing firm by our high principles and ethics. We kept our pledges honest and realistic, and our conduct befitting of an ethically strong and trustworthy party. So today I want to thank all the people of Chhoekhor-Tang,” said Dorji Wangdi, the Opposition Leader.
