READ or Rural Education and Development, a NGO, will be establishing a community library, ICT, women and children’s centres at the Changjiji housing complex in Thimphu.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Housing Development Corporation and READ today.
The NHDCL will be providing four apartments for the project.
Works will start from this week and will complete after three months. READ is a NGO funded by Gates foundation.
