BREAKING: The Cabinet has asked the Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment’s Board to review the recent decision not to conduct re-examination of the leaked Class XII English Paper II. BCSEA’s Secretary, Kinga Dakpa told BBS that the Board will soon meet to review the decision as desired by the Cabinet.

The Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment (BCSEA) had decided not to conduct re-examination for English Paper II. Instead, BCSEA had decided to award English I marks for English II. It meant, the students were to be awarded the same marks they score in English Paper I.

However, many parents and students were not happy with the decision. They had taken to mainstream media and social media alike to voice out their disapproval of the decision.
