The Austrian Coordination Office will be giving Nu.28 MN to the Gross National Happiness Commission (GNHC) to institutionalise the performance management system and leadership development programme.
The Royal Civil Service Commission will spearhead the programme. In its pilot phase, about 3,000 civil servants working under the agriculture ministry and Haa Dzongkhag will be evaluated.
It is one of the priority interventions of the government and the Austrian Development Cooperation in the 11th FYP.
