Australian Education Fair at the Terma Linca resort in Thimphu attracted close to 700 people. The crowd included high school students, recent university graduates and in-service people.

This is the second of what started as an annual fair last year, facilitated by Global Reach. Global Reach is a comprehensive education consultant, headquartered in India with branches spread over countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Australia and Bhutan. Last year, the event saw more than 800 people.

This year, in addition to university representatives, two personnel from the Australian High Commission had come to the fair to brief about visa application.

Global Reach sends students to countries like New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, and many others.

Global Reach in Bhutan helps students explore education opportunities abroad and assists them through the complicated application and visa process for no charge.
