ACC has flexibility to recruit new employeesThe Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) now has the flexibility to recruit new employees.

ACC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Civil Service Commission, today, which will allow the ACC to modify and use their own guidelines and criteria for the recruitment and selection of new employees.

“I think this will be a big help and will go a long way in getting the kind of people we are looking for,” said ACC’s Chairperson, Kinley Yangzom.

ACC otherwise had to follow Bhutan Civil Service Rules 2012 which, they had earlier argued, curtailed their autonomy.
