Fifteen out of 29 participants received certificates from the blasters training course in Phuentshogling, today.
Only those participants, who secured 66 percent and above in the exams were certified.
During the 8 day training, the participants learned safety measures in handling, usage, storage and transportation of explosives at the work place. They were also taught on blasting procedures, social and environment impacts of using explosives among others.
As a proficiency test, writing, viva and practical tests were also conducted. The training ended today.
