Bhutanese films selected for Busan screening

bhutanese-films-selected-for-busan-screeningA Bhutanese feature film, The Honey Giver Among the Dogs has been selected to be screened at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea.

Directed by female filmmaker, Dechen Roder, The Honey Giver Among the Dogs is the second Bhutanese film to be selected for screening at the festival.

The film is mystery drama which revolves around a detective who befriends a woman with demonic appeal.

Another film directed by Dzongsar Jamyang Kyentse Rinpoche, Hema Hema: Sing Me a Song while I wait will also be screened at the festival.

Busan International Film Festival is known to be one of the biggest annual film festivals in Asia and it is being held annually in South Korea.
