His Majesty grants audience to DeSuungs His Majesty the King granted an audience to the DeSuung volunteers who completed the 16th batch DeSuung integrated training programme in Tencholing from 3rd August to 5th September, 2015.

Addressing the DeSuups, His Majesty shared the vision for DeSuung and how it should continue to act as the guardians of peace and harmony in Bhutan.

During the 2-hour long audience, His Majesty inspired the members of the DeSuung fraternity to confront every task with right attitude.

About 80 men and 45 women participated in the 16th batch DeSuung integrated training programme, bringing the total number of DeSuups who have undergone training to 1,890. The 17th batch of DeSuung integrated training programme will begin on October 12.
