A meeting to harmonise plans- The Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay said the government is exploring all possibilities to launch helicopter services by the end of next fiscal year. He was speaking during the mid-year review meeting of annual performance agreement of ministries in Paro, yesterday.

The information and communications ministry plans to open some 40 helipads across the country. At present, the ministry is examining ideal locations to set up helipads.

The government, during elections campaign in 2013, had promised two helicopters.
