His Majesty grants audience to 7 armed force personnel. Coinciding with the Birth anniversary of Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen today, His Majesty the King granted special audience to seven armed force personnel. They, six police personnel including a woman and one army personnel, were recognised for their bravery and patriotism.


They were recognised for refusing bribes from smugglers while serving at border gates.

His Majesty the King and the Gyaltsuen also presented gifts for their service to the Nation.

The seven armed force personnel said it is a great honour to be recognised by His Majesty the King and said they would continue to serve the Nation with utmost dedication and loyalty.
