The Gelegphu league and knockout Yangphel style open archery tournament is underway in Gelegphu Dungkhag. Eighteen teams entered the knockout round on December 18. There were actually 21 teams at the start. Teams from Dagana, Tsirang and Zhemgang are also taking part.
Two matches are played daily with a fifteen round shoot out. The finals are slated for December 28. The tournament is being organized by the Gelegphu Sports Association.
