One more soldier succumbs to injuries

One more soldier succumbed to the injuries taking the death toll of the soldiers killed in Haa explosion to 12. He was flown to Kolkata via Drukair on a ventilator support. He was admitted at the Army Command Hospital’s ICU at around 9:30 AM, today. One Doctor and a nurse were escorting him. He was declared dead at 9:45 AM.

The Bhutanese Health Official based in Calcutta said the solider suffered about 75 percent burnt injuries.  His body is expected to be flown back to the country on Monday.

Meanwhile, the nine injured soldier who are in the hospitals in Haa and Thimphu are recovering. But they are still being kept under observations.
